A trip to Seoul had us head over heels for Korean fried chicken. Inspired by and infatuated with Korea’s love of crispy, crunchy chicken, we opened “Chimac” - an Irish-Korean fusion restaurant dedicated to reimagining fried chicken in every way possible. The people of Ireland fell for our twice fried free-range chicken but it was our bold, sweet and spicy condiments that had them truly hooked.
